RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all purchases and services provided by Rainbow Play of NC. By completing a purchase or using our services, you agree to the terms specified herein. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and protection for both the customer and the retailer.

General Return Conditions

① Eligibility for Returns

  • Only items shipped to the customer and classified as stock items are eligible for return.
  • Special order items, installed products, and bargain items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Customers must submit a Return Authorization Number (RAN) Form within 10 calendar days of receiving an eligible product. The RAN is valid for 7 business days, during which the returned product must reach us.

② Stock Items

  • Stock items are defined as products clearly labeled as “stock” on their product page, with the available quantity displayed.

③ Special Order Items

  • Special order items are defined as products that do not display “stock” and a quantity amount on their product page. These items are typically made-to-order or customized to meet individual customer preferences.
  • Special order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

④ Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including on items shipped free of charge initially.
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

⑤ Conditions for Returns

  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Items returned without a valid RAN or that are opened, used, or damaged will be denied a refund and sent back at the customer’s expense.
  • Customers are advised to ship all returns via insured and trackable methods. Rainbow Play of NC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during return transit.

Special Order Items, Rainbow Play Systems, and Customized Products

① Definition of Special Order Items

  • Special order items include Rainbow Play Systems, in-ground basketball goals, non-stock trampolines, non-stock basketball goals, and other products made-to-order or customized based on individual customer requirements.

② Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations for special order items must be made within48 hoursof purchase. Cancellations made during this period will be subject to a3.5% administrative fee. After this 48-hour window, orders cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

③ Return Restrictions

  • Due to the customized nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not allowed once production has begun or the item has been delivered.

④ Customer Acknowledgment Responsibilities

  • Customers are advised to thoroughly review all order details, including specifications and dimensions, prior to purchase. Rainbow Play of NC will not be held responsible for order errors resulting from customer oversight.

Returns & Refunds for Other Products

① Trampolines, Basketball Goals, and Safety Surfacing Products

  • These items are eligible for returns only if unopened, unused, and accompanied by a valid RAN within 10 calendar days of receipt.
  • Refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

② Installed Products

  • Any product that has been installed, including playsets, trampolines, basketball goals, safety surfacing, or any other installed product, is considered non-returnable. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all products prior to installation to ensure they meet expectations and are free from defects. Once installation is complete, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Service Policies

① Coverage

  • This section applies to services offered by Rainbow Play of NC, including power-washing, re-staining, moving, disassembly, re-assembly, and haul-offs.

② Non-Refundable Services

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, fully rendered, or scheduled.

③ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations for scheduled services must be made at least 48 hours prior to the service date. Cancellations made outside of this timeline may incur up to a 50% cancellation fee.

④ Liability for Delays

  • Services may be delayed due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control. Rainbow Play of NC is not liable for any delays in scheduled services.

Bargain & Final Sale Items

  • Bargain or clearance items are sold as-is and are final sale. Such items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

Rainbow Party Room Refund Policy

① Cancellation Fee

  • All cancellations are subject to a 3.5% administrative fee regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

② Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the party date will receive a full refund minus the administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the party date are non-refundable. If needed, the party may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Limitations of Liability

① Third-Party Liabilities

  • Rainbow Play of NC is not responsible for damage, delay, or loss caused by third-party carriers during shipping or return transit.

② Unauthorized Returns

  • Any unauthorized return, including items returned without a RAN or items not adhering to this policy, will result in denial of a refund. Such items will only be returned to the customer at their expense.

③ Force Majeure

  • Rainbow Play of NC shall not be held liable for failures to fulfill responsibilities due to events outside of our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Customer Agreement

By making a purchase or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to this Returns & Exchanges Policy. These terms are non-negotiable, and Rainbow Play of NC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
