GROUND SHIPPING

Shop with ease at Rainbow Play of NC, where we ship small items via UPS for your convenience. You'll receive a purchase confirmation via email immediately after placing your order. Once your item is shipped, we'll send you a follow-up email providing the tracking number. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Please note that shipping costs vary by item, so be sure to review the shipping rates and specifics before making your purchase. Stay informed every step of the way with Rainbow Play of NC.

LTL & FREIGHT SHIPPING

Get big items delivered straight to your curbside with our nationwide shipping option! While we can't ship hefty purchases with our regular ground shipping, we'll make sure they're dropped off right outside your home. Keep in mind that it's up to you to lift and bring the item inside. Plan accordingly because it might take more than one person to get a heavy load off the truck.
Before the delivery date, the shipping company will give you a call to schedule a time with you. Typically, it will be on weekdays during normal office hours and will fall within a 2-to-4-hour period. Please make sure you're ready at the scheduled time and have enough manpower for the job. If you need assistance or must change the time, the shipping company may charge you for their extra services. SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Attention Rainbow Play of NC customers! Please note that shipping times can vary depending on your location. A typical shipping time frame is 2-3 weeks from shipped date on LTL & Freight Shipping and 5-10 business days for Ground Shipping for in stock items, but if a product is on backorder due to high demand, we'll let you know its expected ship date via email. You can also check your order status anytime by contacting us. Don't worry - if an item is backordered, we'll notify you of the change and ship it immediately once it's available (unless you cancel). WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Experience ultimate customer satisfaction with our White Glove Delivery & Installation service (WGD&I). We go above and beyond to ensure your purchases arrive on time and in pristine condition. Our professional installers will not only deliver your items to the room of your choice, but also unbox and set them up with great care. But our service doesn't just end there. We also guarantee removal of all packaging and debris from your products, leaving your yard clean and clutter-free. It's important to note that you must be present to receive your delivery. Additionally, we do not offer returns or refunds following WGD&I. Please note that service, delivery, and installation are subject to specific areas. If you reside outside these areas, service may not be available. Please refer to the map to determine if the service is provided in your location. Scheduling your WGD&I is easy and convenient. A Rainbow Play of NC will work with you to find a suitable time that meets your schedule and ours. Our rates for WGD&I are based on a 25-mile radius of our store location. If you're located outside of that radius, there will be a small additional charge of $3.50 per each additional mile. Choose our WGD&I for a hassle-free and stress-free delivery and installation experience. We only offer WGD&I to North Carolina currently.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Skip the extra fees by using our in-store pickup option. Conveniently located near HWY 540 and Brier Creek in Raleigh, NC, simply wait for notification from a Rainbow Play of NC associate that your items are available. From there, schedule a pickup time with a team member or give us an hour notice if you can't schedule immediately. This guarantees a smooth and timely experience. When you arrive, you'll be asked to sign off on your items, ensuring you receive them in good condition.
