Located within the Tots to Teens & Rainbow Play Systems showroom, the Rainbow Party Room offers a vast play space that features a colossal Rainbow Play System. The system boasts several amenities, such as 2 spiral slides, 4 scoop slides, a bridge, tunnel, 4 forts, 2 climbing rock walls and much more! Furthermore, the Rainbow Party Room also includes a generous toddler area designed for children under 2 years old, complete with an abundance of soft foam shapes and blocks. In addition, the Rainbow Party Room is dedicated to maintaining a safe and clean environment for all kids.

Time Slots

Party reservations consist of one hour and 45 minutes in the Party Room. Set-up and clean-up time in included within this time slot. You may invite your guests as soon as your time slot begins, or delay it 15-30 minutes if you prefer more time to set up prior to the arrival of your guests.

General information

The Rainbow Party Room is designed to keep children safe and happy during their party. We limit the maximum capacity to 80 guests, including adults, children, and infants. Parties are allotted for 1 hour and 45 minutes, with strict enforcement. Only one party is allowed entrance into the building at a time.

Adult supervision is required at all times for the children in the Party Room, and they are not permitted to exit unsupervised. The furniture is not a playing area, as it is for children's safety. The display for the trampolines and Play Systems is our outdoor showroom, but it is not part of the playing area.

Children are required to wear socks and shoes during their time in the party room, and we recommend sneakers, tennis shoes, or running shoes. Hosts must provide table covers for picnic and food service tables, while two free-standing tables and three large picnic bench style tables are provided in the Party Room. Additionally, there are four 2' round café-style table for eating, and two additional picnic bench tables available.

For every minor guest attending the party, please complete our standard waiver forms online to avoid delays during the check-in process.

Please avoid bringing bubbles, sand, crayons/markers, glitter, confetti/piñatas (including confetti balloons), arts and craft supplies (stickers, glue, paint, etc.), and soccer balls. Finally, banners cannot be hung with tape or push pins on the walls to avoid any potential damage fees.

The Rainbow Party Room provides numerous amenities for your enjoyment, including free Wi-Fi, a sound system with an aux port that only supports old iPhone compatibility, 2 free-standing tables (both 6′) for food and gifts, 3 large picnic bench-style tables (also 6′) for seating, and 4 2′ round café-style tables for eating. Extra seating comprises two more picnic bench tables situated at the far end of the playroom

Rainbow is amazing. Our family found a great Black Friday deal on a playset and a trampoline by talking to April in the store. She was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions and helped us pick the best set for our family. The delivery and installation were fantastic. Artie and Colin arrived on time, they were respectful and communicative and made sure to unload the truck in the right spot. They were also patient with me while I made last minute adjustments to the placement on site. Really great guys. Colin provided superb service installing our 17B FG Rainbow Castle w/ 101 accessories. He arrived on time, assessed acreage and carefully unloaded material to use. I don’t even remember seeing him look at one direction. Leveled the tower some to avoid injury and QC’d work. Couldn’t have asked for a better process from start to finish. Thats saying a lot being a former process engineer and current QA Manager.

We had a great experience ordering our new play set from Rainbow Play of NC. We were able to take advantage of a Presidents' Day promotion to get a significant discount. It was an easy process to order, pay for, and schedule delivery of the play set. James and Colin did a wonderful job assembling the play set (which was no small undertaking) and making sure it was set in just the right place. We are so delighted to have this play set and look forward to using it well for many years to come!

I had a very good experience with Rainbow of NC. The sales team was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence that I was getting the play set of my Grandson's dreams. Our installer, James, called to alert me of his pending arrival and was on time!! I was worried that only one installer could not put this play set together by himself, but James did it and quickly. James was polite, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about his work. I am so thrilled with how the playground came together. Better than I could have ever imagined.

Artie and Colin made the long trip from Raleigh to Camden County, and put this thing together in a little over 2.5 hours. Quality work at that! They made sure everything was placed where we preferred, and did whatever groundwork necessary to ensure the deck was level. Very professional and extremely nice guys to chat with. The playset was ordered by my wife's Aunt, and all we were hoping for was it would be installed before Christmas. Just so happened there was a cancellation for today (Monday), and Rainbow of Eastern Carolina reached out to my wife Sunday evening. We confirmed availability, and it really worked out as it was able to be done before my son's birthday this Saturday. We are stoked to say the least! We will definitely be recommending you guys to our parent friends, but I think the playset speaks for itself upon being seen. A special thanks to Artie and Colin from Rainbow of Eastern Carolina.
