RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To make a return, please call us within the first 10 days of receiving your item to obtain a return authorization number. This number is valid for 7 business days. Please clearly label your item to be returned with your return authorization number. Returned items must be received at Rainbow Play of NC within 7 days of being issued the return authorization number.

Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund minus re-stocking fees and shipping fees if applicable. If we receive your return without a valid return authorization number or if we find that the returned merchandise has been used or opened your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage all customers to send returns via insured mail for protection against any damages or loss. We cannot refund shipping costs. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to return an item that was shipped free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs and minus a restocking fee. All items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 20%.

Special Order & Custom-made Orders Return & Refund Policies
In order to provide you with the best service possible, please note the following information regarding special order items and custom-made orders:

1. Special Order Items and Custom-made Orders:
- Rainbow Play Sets, non-stock Trampolines, non-stock basketball goals, and non-stock safety surfacing products fall under this category.
- Once these items are submitted to the manufacturer, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

2. Rainbow Play Sets:
- Once a Rainbow Play Set order has been picked up or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Trampolines, Basketball Goals, and Safety Surfacing Products:
- These items can only be returned if they are unopened, within 7 days after pickup.
- If returned unopened, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
- Return shipping fees or transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Other Rainbow Play of NC Products Installed Items:
- Any trampoline, basketball goal, or safety surfacing product installed by Rainbow Play of NC cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Cancellation Policy:
- For special order/custom-made items, cancellation requests must be made within 2 business days from the original order date.

6. Bargain Items:
- All bargain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Service Option Refund Policies
Please note that all service options (including power-washing, re-staining, moving, disassembling, re-assembling, and haul-offs) provided by Rainbow Play of NC are non-refundable once the service has commenced or been completed. It's important to be aware that certain services may require more than one day to finish. Should you wish to cancel your service, kindly do so at least 2 weeks before your scheduled service date. Please be advised that a 10% service cancellation fee will apply.

Party Room Refund Policies
Cancellations for the Rainbow Party Room are allowed up to 2 weeks prior to your party date. If you choose to cancel within this time frame, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that any cancellation requests made after the 2-week cutoff date will only enable you to reschedule your party, without the option of a refund.
